Refund and Exchange Policy

LQ HAIR AND BEAUTY RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
Refunds, exchanges or credit will be accepted under the following circumstances:
  •  The product is faulty.
  • The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
  • The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.
Subject to the above circumstances, wigs, jewelry, make-up, nail polish, brushes, hair accessories, disposable beauty accessories, hair colours, bleaches and peroxides are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

This policy also applies to online purchases, which can be returned to stores with proof of purchase.

If your online purchase is refunded in store, your refund will be made to the original payment method, except PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay payments which will be refunded in cash or applied to your Credit/Debit card.

If you wish to be refunded via your original payment method of PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay, please email Ebony or Leeanne at: salon@lqhairandbeauty.com.au with your personal details, order number and reason for returning your item.
